Hercules gym is a large 3,000sq foot gym dedicated to
free weights and machines.
The gym opened in 1995 to cater for bodybuilders and
serious athletes with no-nonsense training.
Run by Steve and his friendly staff, we provide a great atmosphere for dedicated
weight trainers and beginners alike. Come on down...you'll love it! You don't
have to be a member, and you just pay-as-you-go.
